A Good Yogi is a Thankful One

Yoga has many intentions, but one always remains the same: thankfulness. Being thankful for a body that is able to practice yoga, and a mind that is willing to push you to new limits.

The month of November is a time where families gather, social calendars are filled and food portions overflow. For many, this season can also be associated with stress and “winter weight”.

Attending one of our Real Hot or Power classes allows you to maintain a stronger body and mind through any season. Our yoga workout classes assist in maintaining positive body images while also strengthening your mind to have less room for stress, and more room for thankfulness.

If you are looking to settle a restless mind, we recommend one of our restorative yoga classes, such as yin yoga but if you are looking for a yoga workout, try one of our Real Hot or Power classes.

Our Real Hot 17, 21 and 25 yoga classes are designed to work the body from the inside out, systematically compressing and opening the body to be rid of toxins, aid in digestion, and increase your metabolism.

Meanwhile our Hot Power Yoga classes focus on toning and strengthening muscles, increasing heart rate, and burning calories. This 95-degree workout provides detoxification for both the body and the mind. Leave this class feeling refreshed and ready to power through anything this season throws at you!

Attending yoga classes with us not only allows you to indulge in holiday culinary creations without the guilty conscious (because you’ll be working off that weight in one of our hot classes of course!) but also promotes a healthier mindset. Give your body and mind a reason to thank you this holiday season by giving thanks the yogi way!

Feeling stressed out for reasons other than the season? Maybe school? For student yoga – we recommend our fast paced, more rigorous classes to get your mind off class and give you better focus when you have to be in class. Whatever you’re stressors, we have a class for you!

This is true and I must say that a good yogi is the one that is inspiring for many other people. Since I started working with dissertation writing services, I have seen lot of yogis in my life.
